I. Anti-Human Trafficking & Sexual Exploitation Policy

Last Updated: March 20, 2026

This Policy explains how Treasure Island Media ("TIM," "we," "us," or "our") prevents, identifies, and responds to human trafficking, sex trafficking, coercion, forced activity, and sexual exploitation across all of our platforms, including treasureislandmedia.com and tim.store (collectively, the "Platforms").

These practices cause serious harm and are strictly prohibited. Because our Platforms are accessible globally and involve content distribution and financial transactions, enhanced safeguards are required. This Policy defines prohibited conduct, reporting procedures, enforcement actions, and cooperation standards to ensure risks are addressed quickly, consistently, and responsibly.

This Policy applies to all users, content creators, performers, third-party partners, vendors, affiliates, and all activity conducted on or through the Platforms, regardless of location. It operates as a standalone policy, independent from our Terms & Conditions and the Complaint and Content Removal Policy below.

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Treasure Island Media maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance toward:

  • Human trafficking in any form
  • Sex trafficking
  • Sexual exploitation
  • Coercion or forced activity of any kind
  • Deceptive recruitment or fraudulent inducement
  • Any activity that enables, facilitates, or profits from exploitation

Violations of this Policy may result in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, withholding of payments, and referral to law enforcement authorities and financial partners.

2. Definitions

Human Trafficking means the recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a person for the purpose of a commercial sex act or labor/services through force, fraud, or coercion, as defined under the Trafficking Victims Protection Act (TVPA) and applicable international law.

Sexual Exploitation means actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, power, or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from the sexual exploitation of another.

Coercion means threats of serious harm to or physical restraint against any person; any scheme, plan, or pattern intended to cause a person to believe that failure to perform an act would result in serious harm or physical restraint; or the abuse or threatened abuse of the legal process.

Forced Activity means any participation in content creation, performance, distribution, or any platform-related activity that is not the result of free, informed, and voluntary consent.
